We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment  (excluding Frt and/or shipping charges) on any product we sell if you are not satisfied .

• You must notify us via E Mail within 7 days of shipment via our contact page that you are requesting a return. We will E Mail you a return authorization number that must be plainly written on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without Return authorization number.
• ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED VIA UPS, USPS RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
  
• Returns after 7 days will incur a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price.  NO  REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 30 DAYS
• Product must be returned in original condition and working order. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN NEW CONDITION, SHOW SIGNS OF USE OR NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any returns that are not eligible for refund will be returned to original purchaser plus shipping cost.
• All returns must be prepaid, no COD or collect shipments will be accepted.
• Refunds will be made to original credit card that was used to  purchase product. NO CASH REFUNDS
• Refunds will be made within 2 business days of receipt of product into our warehouse.
